I create gentle, trauma informed spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, steady their nervous systems, and feel more at home within themselves.
What began as yoga has grown into something more layered over time, now weaving together movement, Ayurveda, and a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

ABOUT ME
I’m Jess, and my work has grown into something more holistic over time.
What began as yoga has expanded into a way of supporting wellbeing that weaves together movement, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and connection to nature.
Alongside this, I’m a mum, and my family has grown alongside this work in its own way, often in the background, sometimes right there with me at community events.
Everything I offer is rooted in creating safe, supportive spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, steady their nervous systems, and feel more at home within themselves.
Why this work matters to me
I came to this work not just through study, but through lived experience.
Moving through periods of anxiety, postnatal depression, PTSD, and trauma has shaped the way I hold space today. It’s deepened my understanding of what it means to feel safe in the body, and how important it is to be met gently, without pressure to fix or force anything.
This continues to guide everything I offer.
My training & approach
My approach is grounded in both modern understanding of the nervous system and the depth of traditional practices.
I’ve spent several years studying trauma-informed mindfulness, and I’m currently training as an Ayurvedic practitioner, continuing to deepen my understanding of holistic health and women’s wellbeing.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I support each person to move at their own pace, with choice, awareness, and self-compassion guiding the process.
The spaces I create
My work lives across a number of different spaces, all connected by the same intention.
Through Bloom Studio, I offer online classes and practices that can be woven into everyday life.
Through Bloom Outdoors, I bring people together in nature for movement and community-based experiences.
Alongside this, my 1:1 work is growing into a more clinic-based offering, supporting women in a deeper, more personalised way.
Each space is designed to feel welcoming, grounding, and supportive.
Who I love working with
I feel especially drawn to supporting women who are navigating stress, overwhelm, trauma, or big life transitions, and who are looking for gentler, more embodied ways to reconnect with themselves.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga or mindfulness. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Beyond the mat
When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors, often at the paddocks with my horses.
Nature, and the animals in my life, are a constant source of grounding, perspective, and joy.
A final note
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief,
that healing happens through connection
to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural world
If you feel drawn to this work, I’d love to connect
whether that’s in a class, online, or out in nature
