Bloom: Pregnancy & Postpartum Series
A 4 week series of gentle evening practices designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, or simply a slower season.
These classes are low pressure and easy to drop into

• Tuesdays, 7:30–8:00pm (Zoom)
• 30 minute live class each week

We’ll close the series with an optional in-person evening

A note on the community support rate
In a time where the cost of living is rising, fuel is up and even getting to a class can feel like more than it used to.
I wanted to create a space that gently counters some of that.
Somewhere you can still move, reset, and take care of yourself
without needing to leave home and without it feeling like another stretch financially.
This rate is here to make things a little more accessible
while still keeping this space steady and here for you.

How do I access the live classes?
Live classes are hosted on Zoom. Once you join, you'll receive access to the Zoom link, and all replays will be available in the on-demand library.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all! She Blooms is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
What if I miss a live class?
No worries! All live classes are recorded and uploaded to the library within 24 hours so you can practice at your own convenience.
Are workshops included in the membership?
Many workshops are included, but some specialty workshops and events may have a small additional fee. However, members receive 20% off all events.
How do I join the community groups?
You'll receive access to the private Facebook group and WhatsApp community upon joining. These spaces are great for support, questions, and connection with fellow members.

Founder
Hi, I’m Jess! Founder of She Blooms and the Mindful Pathways Programme, a mindfulness initiative created for women in prison. I’m a yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, and mum to three beautiful girls.
I’ve spent years studying yoga, meditation, and women’s health, earning certifications in advanced yoga training and completing the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. I’m currently deepening my work through Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness training with David Treleaven, furthering my commitment to making these transformative practices accessible to all.
She Blooms is a culmination of my passion for movement, mindfulness, and community - a space for women to reconnect, reset, and thrive. And by being part of She Blooms, you’re directly supporting my work in the community and prison system, helping to bring mindfulness and well-being to those who need it most.
