In a world that celebrates doing more, winter quietly invites us to do less. To slow down. To soften. To rest. Yet for so many of us, rest has become something we have to earn. We keep pushing, keep carrying, keep telling ourselves we'll slow down when life feels less busy. The Art of Rest is an invitation to do something different. Join me for two nourishing hours designed to help you step out of the busyness of everyday life and into the slower rhythm of winter. Through gentle movement, deep rest and seasonal wisdom, you'll be guided back to the simple practices that help us feel grounded, supported and well. This isn't about escaping your life. It's about learning how to meet it from a more rested place. What to expect Together we'll move through an evening of: • Gentle yoga to release tension and settle the nervous system • Yin and restorative yoga to invite deep rest • A calming Yoga Nidra practice • Crystal singing bowl sound healing • Seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom with simple, practical rituals to support your wellbeing through winter • Warming herbal tea • A thoughtfully curated goodie bag to continue your practice at home No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are. This evening is for you if... • You've been feeling tired, overwhelmed or stretched thin. • You find it difficult to slow down, even when you know you need to. • You're craving space to breathe, rest and reconnect. • You'd love simple practices to support your wellbeing through winter. • You want to leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply nourished. You're welcome to bring your own blanket, journal or anything else that helps you feel cosy. A gentle reminder Winter isn't asking you to become someone new. Cancellation Policy

I aim to provide the best experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and availability, here is my cancellation policy for in-person community classes: Regular Classes: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are considered late. No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel and do not attend, it is considered a no-show. Refunds and Class Credits Regular Classes: Timely Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be credited towards a future class. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you will forfeit the class fee. No refunds or credits will be issued. Workshops and Special Events: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be credited towards a future class. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows will forfeit the event fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
